The She-Shed is a Christ-centered sanctuary designed to uplift and support stepmoms. Through prayer, Bible studies, transformative retreats and virtual gatherings, tools and resources focused on emotional health, spiritual formation, and family integration, we provide a sister circle that cherishes the incredible, gracious, wise women in the pivotal role of nurturing love within blended families.

We originally launched Stepmom Sanity with the infrastructure of having a private group membership but we knew we wouldn’t have the time to support a group the way it should be supported. So, we tabled it. Last year I took a hiatus from Stepmom Sanity and began praying about how to serve my stepmom sisters better –the Stepmom Sanity team started praying, I got coached and trained on the best approaches to starting an effective membership site, we started putting the offerings together and here we are.

We offer biblical guidance, research backed tools, fellowship, and support to each woman who has made the difficult choice to embrace the challenges and blessings of a blended family – We are fully convinced you can thrive in your role while experiencing the power, presence, and love of God but often the emotional turmoil you experience dealing with the circumstances, family members, and the dynamics associated with your role – keeps you from doing so – we help Stepmoms become resilient women who can embrace their role with faith, joy, and expectation even if the circumstances never change.

First, you’re going to get a community of women, on your same journey, who get you – they are intimately acquainted with what you go through, they are going to hear you, pray for you, and encourage you. I think there are three things that distinguishes the She Shed First – we are collaborative – we create and we curate - I don’t believe we have all the answers at the She Shed– and there are times you will not be able to receive from me – or any member of our team - there are people that serve in the blended family space who have resources that answer the questions you have… who have the words which resonate with you more than ours – and we’re going to set those people and resources in front of you. Because, what is most important to us is that you get the help, support, and encouragement you need – whether it comes from us or not. Second – we are thoroughly committed to you having noticeable change in your life. You will get the opportunity to vent and get things off your chest – but we are not an echo chamber, we are going to challenge unbiblical views about the rough people and places in our lives– if someone wants those views reinforced, we are not the group for you. We love you too much to sit by while the enemy uses offense and polarization to trap you. Third – Ultimately, our job, is to point you to a rich, intimate, relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to stir you to love and good works in your families, and to uplift and support you by the power of the Holy Spirit. So, we are unapologetically Christ-Centered. All of our tools, teachings, conversations, etc. are based on biblical-truth – because Jesus said the truth is what makes us free. We know that real life is found in Jesus. And, our team is praying for you. We began praying for you before we started this group.

The membership is $27/month but you have two payment options First you can pay monthly – your first payment would be due the first day you enroll and then on that date of each subsequent month. If you enroll on the 5th of October your next payment would be due on the 5th of November and so on. You can also pay for an annual membership. You get several bonuses with the annual membership option. 1st. The annual membership fee is $270 – so you pay for 10 months and get 2 months free 2nd The annual membership fee includes one coaching call with me for the first year/ 2 coaching calls with me every subsequent year you reenroll in the annual membership 3rd – The first time you enroll in an annual membership you will get a personalized welcome packet which includes a signed Stepmom Sanity Journal, a signed copy of Waiting to be Wanted, a Pen, Bookmark, and Prayer Card We can set up automatic recurring payments for your convenience. You can convert your monthly membership to an annual membership at any time. You can cancel at any time. Your membership will cancel at the next renewal date but until then you can enjoy all the privileges of membership.

What excites me most is seeing one of my sisters grab hold to truth, make it her own, grow in her relationship with Jesus Christ, find her voice, and be set free! That is what is happening in the She Shed.
